Amy Denise Johnson, (nee: Kennedy) of Truesdale, Missouri, passed away Monday, March 18, 2019, at the age of 44. Beloved wife of Richard Johnson; cherished daughter of James D. and the late Marilyn Kennedy; devoted mother of Lauren Kennedy, Alexander (Kelsea) Kennedy, and Hayley Kennedy; loving grandmother of Peyton Chamberlain, Oliver Kennedy, and Wesley Rice; dear sister of Kevin (Tina) Kennedy and Sarah Kennedy.
Amy was a member of the Emmaus Community and the Chrysalis Community. She was also a faithful member of the Church of the Shepherd. Amy enjoyed crafting, especially beading. She enjoyed music and singing, and she also enjoyed writing poetry and reading. Amy enjoyed her work as a life aid. Most of all, she loved her family. She had a genuine love for children and helping others. Amy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
