Flag Placement

Over 100 joined as we took part in placing American flags on each veteran marker at St. Charles Memorial Gardens cemetery.  Each year, St. Charles Memorial Gardens honors veterans through by placing a flag on their marker, and fills the cemetery with thousands of American Flags.
