White, William “Bill” of Saint Charles, MO, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Sharon L. White; cherished son of William DeWayne and Leona Lucille White; devoted father of William D. White; and dear brother of Janet K. West and the late Edward Yancey. He was also a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
