Ruth B. Mullins

Mullins, Ruth B. (nee: Nations), of St. Charles, MO, passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016, at the age of 98. Loving wife of the late William O. Mullins; beloved daughter of the late Rueben and Edith Nations; devoted mother of Douglas (Donna) Mullins; dear mother-in-law of Judith Mullins; cherished grandmother of Tamela (Kenneth) Block, Bryan (Corey) Mullins, Kevin (Rebecca) Mullins, and Eric (Lisa) Mullins; treasured great-grandmother of Danielle, Mitchell, Benjamin, Scott, Brendon, Macie, Sarah, Anna, and Charlotte; loving great-great-grandmother of Benjamin, Lincoln, and William. She is preceded in death by her son Robert W. Mullins and her siblings Luella Strupel and Frank Nations.

Ruth was a member of First United Methodist Church in St. Charles, MO. She was a member of St. Charles Garden Club, PEO, various knitting clubs and a supporter of Missouri Botanical Gardens. Ruth was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was a very talented artist and enjoyed painting, playing the organ and piano, but mostly she loved being with her family and friends.
