Burkemper, Margaret (nee: Forbeck) of O’Fallon, MO, died Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of 55 years to the late Lester J. Burkemper; cherished daughter of the late George and Mary Forbeck; devoted mother of Gary (Cathy) Burkemper, Dolores Grindstaff, Jeanette Torres, Ted (Paula) Burkemper, and Tim (Barb) Burkemper; loving grandmother of Matt, Amy, Stacy, Jeff, Brian, Brent, Todd, and Alex; treasured great-grandmother of Clayton, Jake, Courtney, Maddie, Ali, Lilly, Blake, Colton, Brooke, Ethan, Emily, Trenton, Jacob, Ransom, and Blake; and dear sister of Donald (Alice) Forbeck and Kenneth (Barb) Forbeck.
She was also preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jennifer Dunnermann; brother, Ralph Forbeck; son-in-laws, Kirby Grindstaff and Art Torres; and beloved cat, Charlie.
Margaret enjoyed bingo, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and eating out. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
