West, Marcia (nee: Payne) of Saint Charles, MO, died Thursday, May 5, 2016, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of almost 65 years to Robert A. "Bob" West, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Marshall and Francis Payne; devoted mother of Robert "Bobby" West, Jr.; treasured sister of Mary Lou (Bob) Borrow, Carol Armes (Barbara Payne), Charles "David" Payne, Nellie (Cecil) Cook, and the late Marshall "Buddy" Payne; and dear sister-in-law of Michelle (Tim) Sargent, Beverly (Ed) Swain, and the late Gary West. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Marcia was a longtime employee of Rexall Drug Company before going on to work for Marygrove Children’s Home, where she worked until her retirement. Marcia enjoyed crocheting and watching her favorite television show, Law & Order. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Marcia was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
