At Baue Funeral Homes, we are committed to ensuring our family’s privacy. The information we collect when visiting our site is used to improve the content of our website and to help us provide a better shopping experience for each of our families. We do not collect any personal information when you visit Baue.com, including name, mailing address or email address unless you provide it to us and ask us to contact you directly or, if you place an order with us online in which case we use this information to process your order and/or to contact you regarding your order.
If you supply us with your postal address when placing an online order, you may receive Baue mailings. If you would prefer not to receive such mailings, please simply email us at [email protected] to let us know. You may receive one or two more mailings as they are printed well in advance.
Baue Funeral Homes does not sell, exchange or make available to third parties, the email addresses or telephone numbers of families. We respect your online time and privacy and are committed to maintain and use this information responsibly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An order is not binding upon Baue.com until it is accepted; Baue.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product (s) ordered is due at the time of purchase. Customers can make payments by using the following credit cards:
You total cost for purchases of any product may include delivery charges shown on your receipt. However, your original delivery fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund.
· We will ship any product to any of our Baue Funeral Home locations complimentary, however we require at least 3 hours notice for set delivery times.
· Delivery fees will apply to flower deliveries. We will deliver flowers only to the St. Louis metropolitan area which includes the St. Charles county area. Some orders may require a wire transfer fee as well as a delivery fee.
All merchandise (except personal keepsakes) unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original receipt date for a refund. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform Baue Funeral Homes of any order discrepancy within 30 days from the receipt date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been delivered and/or custom ordered. Please call 636-940-1406 during Baue Funeral Homes Flower and Gift Shop hours of operation to request a change to your order. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 636-940-1406 during Baue Funeral Homes Flower and Gift Shop hours to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. It may take longer to appear on your credit card statement. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

This is our Final Sales Return Policy. This policy controls over any conflicting refund and replacement terms described in our Return Policy. This policy applies to any custom made to order products including but not limited to: memorial teddy bears, ribbon roses, rose jewelry, engraving, personalized memorial stones, Memory Glass, Thumbies, Life Gems, memorial pins, personalized ornaments, memorial candles, Tribute Videos, cremation jewelry and urns.
Baue.com is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our families, Baue.com puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, BAUE.COM’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED OT THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. BAUE.COM SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. BAUE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT BAUE.COM HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
