We Guarantee that 100% of the money you have paid in will be used for your funeral. We promise to abide by Missouri law and deposit 80% of the money received towards a Baue Funeral Plan into a Trust where it cannot be released to us until after the funeral you have chosen has been provided for you.
We guarantee to register every Baue Advance Funeral Trust with the State of Missouri and openly disclose all records requested, to assure the deposit of all funds.
We Guarantee the Baue Funeral Homes will never charge more for any of the services and merchandise you have chosen to be included in your Baue Advance Funeral Plan, no matter how many years prior to use your plan was established.

We Guarantee to provide the funds you have paid in to your Advance Funeral Plan to the funeral home of your choice should you move outside of our service area.
We Guarantee your money will always be available for your funeral, even if the Baue Funeral Homes are no longer inbusiness.
We Guarantee to do everything to assure complete satisfaction of your surviving family members at the time your funeral service is provided.
