Choice of Fresh Garden or Caesar Salad; Choice of Cherry Baked Ham and/or Golden Fried Chicken; Mostaccioli; Assorted Baked Rolls & Butter; Assorted Cookies; Iced Tea, Coffee, Assorted Soda
Classic Buffet
Choice of Fresh Garden or Caesar Salad; Choice of one of two - Peppered Roast Beef with horseradish Sauce, Roast Beef with hourseradish Sauce, Roast Pork Loin with Plum Sauce or Lemonadde Chicken; Fetuccine with Garlic Butter; Fresh Fruit Salad; Assorted Baked Rolls; Assorted Cakes and Pies; Coffee, Iced Tea, Assorted Soda
The following are available through any of our Funeral Homes:
Morning Starter: Available the morning of service. This continental breakfast gives families some private unhurried breakfast time before the service and is provided in our lounges. It includes the same as listed above.
Ready-Made Sandwiches: Available as on the catering menu.
In addition to the Morning Starter, Breakfast Brunch Buffet, Ready-made Sandwiches, Traditional Buffet and Classic Buffet available as above, we also offer:
Hot or Cold Meat Trays
Chicken, Roast Beef and Ham; Assorted salads such as potato and coleslaw may be added and beverages and cookies
We offer the Morning Starter, Breakfast Brunch Buffet, Hot or Cold Meat Trays, Ready-made Sandwiches, the Traditional Buffet, Classic Buffet.
A Baue Hostess/house sitter is also available.
