Don White
Don Lives in St. Charles County with his wife Chastity, 2 daughters Julia and Sarah, and his Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rusty.  Don enjoys staying healthy through sports, especially Cycling, Mountain Biking, Golf, Tennis and Running.  He attends the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and is very active in the St. Louis Variety Club.  Don joined the Baue team in 2003 and has been an incredible asset since.

Rick Waddle
From a very young age, Rick says he always remembered being curious about the funeral business. As he began to research the profession, I knew it was right for me. When a family experiences the death of a loved one, they are thrown into one of the most difficult times of their lives. It is so rewarding to know that I am able to help people begin the healing process. Families should never forget the one who they have lost, and planning a proper life tribute is the way I serve them. In my free time, I do a wide variety of things. I have recently began going out for trivia with friends, and I am always up for a good meal. I consider myself to be a 'jack of all trades, and master of none'. Anything from computers and small home repairs to crochet and calligraphy - I may not be great at them, but I enjoy trying.
