Welcome

As a third generation family member, I would like to welcome you to the Baue Funeral Homes/St. Charles Memorial Gardens' web site. We trust you will find helpful information and answers to your questions about the funeral, cremation and cemetery services we offer. For more information feel free to call us at 1-888-724-0073, or you can
e-mail us directly.

"...Because Your Family means so Much" is more than a slogan for us. It is, in short our Mission, the core element in the way we approach everything we do. That is why we are committed to providing the highest standards in quality, caring and sensitive service at the best value to each family we serve before, during and after the death. That is also why we are the number one most requested family-owned funeral firm in the St. Charles County area since 1935.

FUNERAL SERVICE OPTIONS
We believe a funeral service should be special and personalized to honor the life of the person who has died, and to create a lasting loving memory for their family. From Celebration of Life Services to Memorial Receptions, you will find our funeral homes offer you more choices in personalization at the best value than any other in the metro St. Louis area.

ASK US ABOUT CREMATION
When you have questions about cremation, Baue has the answers. We also have the only family-owned, private, on-premise crematory in the St. Louis area for greater peace of mind. We have compiled a comprehensive 12-page
Cremation Facts Guide, which answers common questions and provides helpful information about cremation.

HELPFUL GUIDANCE BEFORE AND AFTER THE TIME OF DEATH
Planning ahead for funeral arrangements may be the most thoughtful gift to give your family. All Baue Family Service Directors are employees of Baue Funeral Homes and therefore uphold the highest standards in ethics and professionalism when guiding clients through this process. You can make funeral or cemetery arrangements from the comfort of your own home with our new
On-line Pre-arrangement program now.
Our service continues after the funeral, cremation or burial service, when we help grieving families work through feelings of loss. Through our
Grief Services, we sponsor over 12 grief support groups in St. Charles County as well as offer full grief support services to our families.

VALUE-ADDED SERVICES
As the needs of families we serve have changed over time, the Baue family and staff has adapted to meet those needs.
The Baue Flower & Gift Shop, conveniently located in the Funeral & Memorial Center at St. Charles Memorial Gardens offers a wide assortment of floral arrangements and other unique items especially designed for funeral and cemetery use.
We also provide Reception & Catering Services. Families may choose to allow Baue Catering to provide a light snack or complete meal before, during or after a funeral or cemetery service at either of our two convenient and beautifully comfortable Reception Centers. Meals can also be prepared at a family's home or other location.
In the tradition of our founding grandfather, Arthur C. Baue, our Community Services staff continue to reach out to our community with helpful newsletters, educational programs, anti-drug campaigns, special Holiday Grief programs, and our "Silver & Gold Club", a fun social club for those age 60 or better. We are also privileged to sponsor annual Peace Officers and Veterans Memorial Services, hospice teleconferences and many youth and adult sports teams.

As you explore our web site, we trust you will learn what thousands of families since 1935 have learned about Baue. We are grateful for the opportunity to help serve your family through one of life's most difficult seasons. Please contact us if you would like more information. You may feel free to contact me directly by e-mail or phone 636-946-7811 (888-724-0073 if out of state). I will personally see to it that your request, question or concern is addressed promptly.

Sincerely,
Lisa A. Baue President
